Our service

We are a marketing agency. We run campaigns across paid, organic and social channels to generate homeowner inquiries for roofing contractors. We do not perform roofing work and are not a party to any agreement between a contractor and a homeowner.

Pay per qualified lead

• You pay only for leads that meet the qualification criteria in your service agreement. There is no monthly retainer.
• There is no long-term contract. Either party may stop the service with written notice.
• Where agreed, you fund your own ad accounts directly with the ad platforms, and you own those accounts and their data.
• Unqualified leads are handled under our Refund & Dispute Policy.

Exclusivity

Leads delivered to you are not sold to other contractors. Territory exclusivity applies to the areas in your service agreement and may depend on response time and capacity commitments.

Contractor responsibilities

• Hold all licenses, registrations and insurance required in your state and municipality.
• Comply with consumer protection laws, including the TCPA, state telemarketing rules, home solicitation (3-day cancellation) rules, and state laws on insurance claims and public adjusting.
• Contact homeowners only about the project they requested and honor opt-out requests promptly.
• Keep login credentials and lead data confidential.

No guarantees

Results depend on your market, budget, response speed and sales process. Figures shown on this site, including our free tools and AI-generated suggestions, are estimates for information only and are not guarantees of leads, jobs or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state named in your service agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
