• Homeowners: name, phone, email, property address and project details submitted through our ads and landing pages.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries, assess territory fit and provide our services.
• To deliver a homeowner's request to one exclusive roofing contractor in their area.
• To send service messages and, with consent, marketing communications.
• To improve our website, tools and ad campaigns, and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information to data brokers. Homeowner requests are shared only with the single contractor assigned to that area, who the homeowner consented to hear from. We use service providers (hosting, AI, analytics, communications) bound by confidentiality obligations, and may disclose information when required by law.

Calls, texts and consent (TCPA)

Where we or our contractor partners contact you by phone or text, we rely on your prior express written consent given at the time of submission. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, and Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and others), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of targeted advertising. Our services are for businesses and adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
